http://www.writeabooknow.com/ Steve Manning has a full blown course that he sells, but if you go halfway down the page, he has a shortened email version for free. If you stay on his mailing list after the shortened version of the course is done, he continues to send updates of articles he’s written about writting.
http://lifewrite.com/html/class.htm This site has nine classes right there on the page that you can do it at your own pace. I think that you can also download it, but I’m not positive on that one.
